Brower Mechanical, servicing Northern California with its heating, air conditioning, and solar needs for over 40 years, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team!
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $20 - $30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Summary:
The responsibility of the A/R Specialist is to ensure the Company receives payment for goods and services in a timely manner and ensure payments are posted accordingly. The A/R Specialist will conduct research to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Job Requirements
Accounts Receivable Specialist Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 5 years minimum A/R experience required
- Accounting/Administrative, particularly in HVAC or energy-related fields, is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent
