Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award is immediately hiring a Accounting Manager Assistant.
Job Title: Accounting Manager Assistant
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $23 - $25 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Position Type: Part time, up to 20 hours per week
Accounting Manager Assistant Position Summary:
Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by reconciling payments and customer accounts.Provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements
Accounts Receivable Specialist Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma
