Job Description
Barton Boys Heating & Air Conditioning, the region's only Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer and one of Spokane's most trusted HVAC contractors, is hiring an HVAC Install Technician.
Position: HVAC Install Technician
Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99212
Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35- $40/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match

HVAC Install Technician Summary:
The HVAC Install Technician will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes, including equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Install Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28’ and possibly higher
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- Excellent customer service skills
