Job Description

The SEER Group LLC is searching for a visionary and data-driven Lead Generation Manager to spearhead our efforts in attracting, nurturing, and converting high-value leads for our growing portfolio of home services brands through innovative Google, digital, social media, and traditional strategies. You will be responsible for crafting a multi-channel lead generation engine, utilizing the latest tactics to reach target audiences, maximize reach, report on performance and drive business growth. This is a pivotal role for a skilled leader who thrives on finding creative ways to connect with potential and existing customers, can lead cross-functionally, and is comfortable using and translating data.

Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
Location: Remote (Must live in one of the following states CA, CO, ID, OR, UT, or WA)
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000, plus bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Remote work opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable lead-generating systems and deploy tactics for a growing portfolio of unique brands in-home services.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive lead generation strategies spanning Google Ads, social media, home services applications, and media.
  • Work closely with CRM and BI leaders to ensure audiences, attribution, and metrics are accurately managed, captured, and properly reported.
  • Analyze brand and lead-generating performance, participate in brand equity analysis, and continually monitor and refine paid performance.
  • Coordinate lead generation tactics with marketing management for a comprehensive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Manage and collaborate on creative and ad deployment in geographies where brands may be complementing or competing.
  • Design landing pages and lead capture forms to optimize conversions.
  • Create and implement lead nurturing workflows through email marketing automation using CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and success.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation with rapid results reporting and iteration.
  • Track and analyze overall lead generation performance across all channels, reporting monthly key metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.

 

Google

Ads Expertise: Design and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) aligned with target audiences and business goals.
Utilize advanced targeting options like audience lists, remarketing, and location targeting.
SEM/SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage sites, navigation and guide content.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments.
Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices and cascade relevant updates to marketing management and other internal stakeholders.

 

Social Media

Develop targeted social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, etc.).
Be the subject matter expert on paid and organic social media strategy.
Lead and execute high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform and audience.
Competitive analysis
Influencer strategy
Analyze social media engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Stay abreast of evolving social media trends and adapt strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

Lead Generation Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation or a related field, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing high-performing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads functionalities and optimization techniques.
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in marketing dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Business profiles, Meta Business, SEMRush (or similar)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, SFDC, ServiceTitan, Mailchimp, Zapier (or similar)
  • Experience with multi-media marketing strategy.
  • Experience in home services or similar.
  • Management experience.
