Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and a five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award, is hiring a HVAC Lead Generator to join our growing team!
Job Title: Lead Generator - HVAC
Location: Silverdale, WA
Pay: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and WA sick leave.
Extras: Performance bonuses.
Lead Generator Position Summary:
The Lead Generator is responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores. The Lead Generator will gather and input interested customers' information into the tracking system to begin the bid process.
Job Requirements
Lead Generator Job Description:
- 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
- Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
- Build productive relationships with store associates.
- Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
