Job Description
All Fuel Installation & Services is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative.
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Troutdale, OR
Schedule: Monday through Friday, (Must be able to work evenings when necessary to accommodate the customers’ availability)
Compensation: Commission
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match
Holidays and Vacation: 6 observed holidays, vacation, and Washington paid sick time. Commissioned employees are not eligible for paid holidays or paid vacations but are eligible for the time off.

Position Summary:
The sales representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining customers' needs and providing solutions. Also for developing customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for follow-up on company generated leads and lead qualification.
Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Previous HVAC experience is a must
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Self-motivation and results-orientated
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license (Company vehicle provided)
- Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent
