Job Description
Columbia NW, the leading Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC company in the Scappoose Oregon area for over 30 years is looking for an energetic and people-friendly HVAC Lead Generator to join our growing team.
Job Title: Lead Generator - HVAC
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Pay: $17 - $22/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs, flexible Hours and Days
Position Type: Part-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Performance bonuses.
Lead Generator Position Summary:
The Lead Generator is responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores. The Lead Generator will gather and input interested customers' information into the tracking system to begin the bid process.

Lead Generator Job Description:
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
- Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
- Build productive relationships with store associates.
- Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
