Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday or Tuesday -Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 annually + Commissions, up to $2,500 Signing Bonus

Inside Sales Representative Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will assist the sales and marketing team by contacting potential customers and handling inbound leads. They will communicate with clients and salespeople, interpret clients' needs, and assign appointments accordingly. This position requires excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. Quick decision-making and adaptability are also necessary to ensure a successful outcome for the client, salesperson, and business.

Job Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and follow up with inbound leads for sales and service (Inside Sales).
- Maintain the company sales CRM system, including ensuring data is valuable, consistent, and accurately recorded promptly.
- Utilize excellent communication skills while working alongside Dispatch, Service Technicians, Comfort Advisors, and Management.
- Basic knowledge of our product offerings as well as our service areas & cities we service.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing and able to take on any task while prioritizing duties.
- Some Dispatch/Estimate exposure is a plus.
