Job Description

Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Sherwood, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; with some on-call as needed
Compensation: $20 - $35/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, supervising the work of other installers, and maintaining high-quality and timely job performance. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in HVAC installation
- Valid EPA certification
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Proficient in Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ductless Mini Split, Gas Lines, and Hearth Installations
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting 75+ pounds
- Proficient in using Apple products
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
