Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Pay: Up to $25/hr (DOE)
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid Vacation, Holidays and California paid sick time

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The customer service representative will deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers while assisting with the day-to-day tasks to help the busy and growing sales and installation department run smoothly.

Job Functions

• Qualify and schedule sales leads for Technicians
• Enter customer information into the scheduling system and work with the dispatcher in processing appointments
• Collecting and recording down payments
• Process club memberships and prioritizing club members
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as answering phones, data entry, scanning, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
