Job Description
Brower Mechanical, With over 40 years of experience in the Sacramento, Northern California residential and commercial HVAC markets, is looking for a professional, and team-oriented Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing HVAC team.
Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $20 - $30+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 6:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniform, vehicle to commute from job to job, and cell phone. HVAC precision tools and gages assistance.
Residential HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Residential HVAC Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
Residential HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2 years of previous HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
