Position: Customer Service Representative Supervisor/Dispatcher
Location: El Cerrito, CA 94530
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: $30 - $35/hr (DOE) plus $2,500 Bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. 401K with 100% employer match. Paid vacation, Holiday, and Sick Leave.

Customer Service Representative Supervisor/Dispatcher Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative Supervisor/Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching, supporting, and managing the CSRs, collaborating with field techs, performing CSR duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The CSR Supervisor/Dispatcher works closely with managers and employees to create an excellent customer experience, build strong working relationships, and help grow the company.

Job Requirements
Customer Service Representative Supervisor/Dispatcher Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• 2 years of dispatching experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• College degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic workplace environment
• HVAC or trade experience preferred
• Experience with managing iPhone and iPad setup, commercial phone systems, and PC technology is a plus.
