Job Description
Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for a professional, and team-oriented Commercial Wet Side Foreman to join our growing team.
Job Title: Commercial Wet Side Foreman
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $35 - $55/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Commercial HVAC Wet Side Foreman Position Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Wet Side Foreman is responsible for troubleshooting and repair of HVAC-related systems and equipment including but not limited to: temperature controls used in hydronic heating systems such as thermostats, pump and zone valve controls, heating, and water heaters. As well as the installation of new radiant floor heating systems heated by boilers and geothermal heat pumps.

Job Requirements
Commercial HVAC Wet Side Foreman Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5 years experience in the trade
- EPA-Certified
- Installation of boilers, chillers, pump stations, hydronic HVAC units, geothermal units, and water heaters
- Must have experience using torches, pro press, pipe threader, and basic hand tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems including high-voltage and low voltage
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
