The SEER Group is looking for an HVAC Operations Manager to join our growing team.
Job Title: HVAC Operations Manager
Location: Auburn, CA
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time

HVAC Operations Manager Position Summary:
The HVAC Operations Manager's primary responsibility is establishing effective organizational processes and procedures. As an Operations Manager, you will create a strategic plan, enhance performance, procure resources and materials, and ensure compliance. Also, a willingness to guide and train your team members, find ways to improve customer service quality, and implement best practices at every level.
Job Functions:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Job Requirements
HVAC Operations Manager required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Prior HVAC experience preferred.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in leadership is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
