Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau is immediately hiring an experienced Install Project Manager.
Position: Install Project Manager
Location: El Cerrito, CA 94530
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually plus hiring bonus up to $5K (DOE)

Job Requirements
Install Project Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Previous experience managing install teams is preferred.
- EPA-Universal certification.
- Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety is required.
- Proficient in using HVAC equipment and troubleshooting technical challenges required.
- Proficient with AC, Mini-Split, and Heat Pump installation skills is preferred.
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
- Demonstrate knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC codes and proper application.
- Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with clients through excellent customer service and proper communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a clean criminal background.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
