Job Description
The SEER Group, an industry-leading residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing group of companies headquartered in the Pacific NW, is looking for an experienced HVAC General Manager to join our growing team!
Position: HVAC General Manager
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Shift Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, paid holidays, vacation, and Washington sick leave.
Position Type: Full-time
HVAC General Manager Position Summary:
The HVAC General Manager is responsible for managing the team, allocating budget resources, creating and maintaining policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is maintained, improving processes, engaging with vendors, and hiring employees.

Job Requirements
HVAC General Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years prior experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC service issues
- Prior supervisory experience with the ability to effectively coach, counsel, and train employees
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Must have the ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train manuals, schematics, and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Exhibits working knowledge of local codes.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under our company insurance policy
- Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education
