We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our hardworking, supportive team and play a vital role in ensuring materials get where they need to be—on time and with care.

 

Position: Warehouse Associate / Driver
Location: Troutdale, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21 - $25 /hr
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued vehicle, cell- phone, and HVAC precision tools and gauges.
Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate / Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You’ll handle HVAC equipment and materials, manage inventory, and deliver essential parts to our field teams. Your role directly supports our technicians and installers, ensuring they have what they need to serve customers efficiently and effectively. 

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience (HVAC industry preferred).

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to back a 16' enclosed trailer.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer literacy (inventory software experience a plus).

  • Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment is highly valued.
