Job Title: Senior Director of Pricing
Location: Remote
Pay: $180,000 - $190,000, plus annual incentive bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Remote work opportunity

Senior Director of Pricing Position Summary:
As the Senior Director of Pricing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a dynamic pricing strategy tailored specifically for our home services brand partners. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere implementation – you'll be at the forefront of designing a strategy that not only optimizes financial performance but also fosters sustainable growth and market competitiveness. Your keen insights and strategic acumen will drive decisions that directly impact our brand's top and bottom lines, ensuring not only short-term gains but also long-term viability and success in the market landscape. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive pricing strategies tailored to the home services market, considering factors such as product/service differentiation, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Establish pricing policies and guidelines that align with the company's objectives, ensuring consistency and transparency across product/service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and compliance with pricing policies.
- Analyze pricing structures and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Implement pricing tactics such as bundling, discounting, and promotional strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and regulatory changes that may impact pricing decisions.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews and adjustments in response to market dynamics and changing business conditions.
- Develop and maintain pricing processes, tools, and systems to facilitate efficient pricing decision-making and execution.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing data and systems to support timely and informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for pricing innovation and differentiation, such as value-based pricing models or subscription-based services.
- Pilot and test new pricing initiatives to gauge effectiveness and impact on customer value and profitability.
- Generate regular reports and analysis on pricing performance, trends, and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment and action.
Job Requirements
Senior Director of Pricing Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing management.
- Understanding of the home services market.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing pricing initiatives to drive financial benefits.
- Knowledge of financial principles and ability to assess the impact of pricing programs on brand performance.'
- Strong analytical skills to assess rebate opportunities, evaluate financial implications and optimize pricing effectiveness.
- Ability to convey complex pricing program details in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations, market dynamics, and business priorities affecting pricing management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish processes and procedures in growing business.
