Climate Control Heating & Cooling, the leader in HVAC services in the Portland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, and surrounding area, is looking for a professional-minded and team-oriented HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our growing team.
Job Title: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: $20 - $30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision – 100% paid for by the employer. 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Position Type: Full-time
HVAC Service Dispatcher Position Summary:
The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for incoming customer calls, scheduling, dispatching technicians, and following up with customers. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Dispatcher Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone skills
- Previous scheduling software experience
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
